- THE HISTORY OF GLENN LAKES AND THE ESTATES @ GLENN lAKESCentex Homes began construction of Glenn Lakes Phase I in 1995. The area encompasses 271 acres including eight ponds. There are 371 homes in Glenn Lakes.
There is a park at the corner of 47th St. West and 44th Street West which includes benches and a tennis court. The park is for the sole enjoyment of the residents.
The manadatory Homeowner's Association dues is $120.00 per quarter, totaling $480.00 per year.

Centex began the sixth and final phase of the community in late 1999. The Estates @ Glenn Lakes is unique in that there are 65 maintenance free single family homes.
